Boilerplate translation text

If you wish to translate an article into a new language, please create a translation of the boilerplate file first.

Using boilerplate text improves consistency, effectiveness and efficiency for the translator. The boilerplate text has to be translated only once, so this saves time when translating subsequent articles in the same language.
