Updated W3C Recommendation: Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1

The Accessibility Guidelines Working Group (AG WG) updated Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. WCAG and supporting documents explain how to make content more accessible to people with disabilities.
