Board Strategy Committee

The purpose of the Committee to ensure the timely development of a coherent, actionable corporate strategy for the Consortium. The Committee will oversee the strategy‑development process as a global collaboration between the CEO, the Members, Partners, and other contributors and present a proposed strategy to the Board for review and approval.
