First Public Working Draft: Data Catalog Vocabulary (DCAT) — Version 3

The Dataset Exchange Working Group has published a First Public Working Draft of Data Catalog Vocabulary (DCAT) - Version 3, intended to supersede DCAT 2. DCAT is an RDF vocabulary designed to facilitate interoperability between data catalogs published on the Web. Version 3 extends the DCAT 2 with guidelines on Versioning and Dataset series.
