  • Easy Checks Revision — discuss requirements (<100 minutes)
    1. Use cases — Thoughts on the draft use cases in the document? Ideas for others?
    2. Accessibility Knowledge — What accessibility knowledge do users need before using Easy Checks? e.g., should we say they might want to first skim the Intro page?
    3. Detail — Level of detail we want to include in this resource, versus linking to info elsewhere:
      • How much do we want to explain why the check is a barrier?
      • How much do we want to explain the WCAG requirement?
      • Do we want to add information about fixing each issue?
    4. Other — Other comments on any aspect of the draft requirements?
    5. Bookmarklets — 2019 survey answers. Any additional concerns or questions about bookmarklet approach?

    • Some initial questions to help define scope:
      1. Do we want the Stories of Web Users and videos of web users to completely match?
      2. What is the timeline for publication of the videos?
      3. Is the initial sub-group that worked on edits finished with their work?
      4. Before new work begins, does the working group need to approve overall updated structure and approach?
      5. Who addresses/creates the content that will surround the videos (video player): transcripts, links, compilations, etc.?

No Full EOWG Meeting - Instead, the EOWG Planning team will be holding an optional survey meeting.
