XML Inclusions Becomes a W3C Candidate Recommendation

W3C is pleased to announce the advancement of XML Inclusions (XInclude) Version 1.0 to Candidate Recommendation. Produced by the XML Core Working Group, XInclude introduces a generic mechanism for merging XML documents using elements, attributes, and URI references. Comments are invited through 30 April.
