Three CSS3 Working Drafts Published

The CSS Working Group has released three Working Drafts: Backgrounds, Cascading and Inheritance, and Color. Each is a module of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Level 3, a language used to render structured documents like HTML and XML on screen, on paper, and in speech. Comments are welcome.
