SOAP 1.2 Working Drafts Published

The XML Protocol Working Group has released the second Working Draft of SOAP Version 1.2 in two parts, Part 1: Messaging Framework and Part 2: Adjuncts. Publicly developed and based on SOAP/1.1 (Simple Object Access Protocol), SOAP is a data transfer protocol designed for information exchange on the Web, using XML as its encapsulation language.
