DOM Level 3 Content Models and Load and Save Working Draft Published

The W3C DOM (Document Object Model) Working Group has released a Working Draft of the DOM Level 3 Content Models and Load and Save Specification, a platform- and language-neutral interface that allows programs and scripts to dynamically access and update the content, structure and style of documents.
