SMIL Animation Working Draft Released

The W3C Synchronized Multimedia Activity has published a new SMIL Animation Working Draft. Synchronized Multimedia Language (SMIL) Animation puts animation onto a time line, allows composition of multiple animations, and describes basic animation elements for any XML-based language.
