Registration

Register for the event until 16 October 2026

For logistical reasons, we strongly discourage on-site registration.

Important: We recommend confirming your meeting registration and payment before booking flights or accommodation.

Payment

Payment is the last step of the registration process. Your registration will only be confirmed when payment has been made.

Fees

The rates for W3C group participants, observers and guests include participation for the events of the whole week.

TPAC Inclusion Fund and Invited Experts Support Fund

The TPAC Inclusion Fund and the Invited Experts Support Fund help reduce barriers to participation and increase diversity at TPAC. The funds support W3C group participants and invited experts who have demonstrated a commitment to the work of W3C.

You can help by adding a voluntary 5% fee contribution to your registration fee to help support eligible participants who need financial assistance to attend TPAC. You may opt out if you prefer.

Registration fee waiver

Note: To request the fee waiver, contact w3t-tpregister@w3.org before completing the registration form.

For invited experts

TPAC participation fees will be waived for all W3C invited experts. You will not be asked to pay when you complete the TPAC registration form.

For more information, see Invited Experts Support Fund.

For all other TPAC attendees

We recognize that, for a variety of reasons, not everyone can afford the TPAC registration fee and we do not want cost to be a barrier to participation.

If this is the case, you can apply for a fee waiver.

For more information, see TPAC Inclusion Fund.

On-site participation fee waiver

There are a limited number of fee waivers available for on-site participants. The fee waiver operates on a trust basis. Please do not request this option if you can afford the fee.

Remote participation fee waiver

There are an unlimited number of fee waivers available to remote participants. The fee waiver operates on a trust basis. Please do not request this option if you can afford the fee.

Application for travel support

We provide financial assistance with travel expenses to participants and invited experts who have demonstrated a commitment to the work of W3C groups and need support to attend TPAC.

Before submitting your application, please review the eligibility and prioritization criteria available for the fund that applies to you:
