Add to calendarThere is a growing awareness of the accessibility requirements of people with cognitive and learning disabilities. A new resource from the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) provides practical guidance on improving cognitive accessibility. It includes a set of design patterns with user requirements and was developed by the Cognitive and Learning Disabilities Taskforce of the WAI Accessibility Guidelines Working Group.
This talk introduces cognitive accessibility, the new guidance, and also the comprehensive WAI website accessibility resource.
