Topic: Pending Issue Review
Review of new and pending issues raised by working group members or via the various bots.

Topic: Character templates
Let's try to finalize the changes to our character formatting template. Addison made changes to specdev to demo the new style. He picked a color (specifically <span style="color:#22a">this blue #22a</span>) while we wait for advice on how to choose a color and made other edits (see email and gh link below)
