Share information of interest to the working group or pertaining to internationalization in general.

Topic: RADAR Review
Time to review new and on-going requests for specification review. Incoming requests are assigned to shepherds in this part of the call.
In addition, we review the status of specifications that have received comments. Please review your issues and owned items in advance of the call

Topic: Pending Issue Review
Review of new and pending issues raised by working group members or via the various bots.

Topic: Review formatting of Unicode character references
Continued discussion of whether to have [square brackets] around character names and whether/how to color/style the character name if we remove the brackets

Topic: Pending issues against the Web App Translations proposal of the Web App Manifest spec
MiniApp Manifest (MAM) is moving to CR, and the MiniApps WG plans to reuse WAM's i18n solution according to the feedback from the TAG review.
However, WAM's i18n solution has not progressed (partly because we didn't raise those review issues, and partly because they don't consider it high priority IIUC), so I hope we send our pending issues out and see whether the WAM folks can solve it in a reasonable timeframe. If WAM still don't have any progress in a few months, I guess MAM may need to come up with its own i18n solution.
