   • [css-ui] interactivity: focusable
   • [focusgroup] clarify and handle cases where scrollable regions have focusgroups (accessiblity) - specifically: Paul had proposed a comment (some time ago) but it still feels relevant - shall we post?
   • A way to make autoplay respect prefers-reduced-motion - specifically Noam's comment on generalisation (we support the specific idea; and I will record that after we clear this up)
