   • Goals:
     • Agree to publish Identifying Application State Proposed TAG Finding 30 November 2011 (announcement e-mail from Ashok) as a TAG Finding
     • Assign new action to publish T.V. Raman's original draft as a W3C Note with an indication that it is no longer on the Rec track, and referencing the new finding (see Key Deliverables for this product
   • Background:
     • Discussion on 17 November 2011 at which we agreed to resolve two remaining issues, and then publish. Ashok has announced proposed resolutions to those issues.

     • From 13 Sept 2011 F2F Minutes: RESOLUTION: The TAG will publish the "Identifying Application State" document as a "proposed finding" by 30 Sept. 2011, and will solicit feedback to be due by 15 November. We will bring attention to the draft at TPAC and encourage people to send feedback. Unless major concerns are raised, goal is to publish a final finding no later than Jan. 2012 F2F.

     • In notes with ACTION-607 Larry reports: "I went to the first F2F of the Web Application Security working group and asked them to accept the document as input, and to consider maintaining a roadmap of web application security issues, even those that they don't take up directly...I believe they agreed to take it on."
8. ISSUE-25 (deepLinking-25): Can publication of hyperlinks cause copyright infringment?
