Web Services Policy 1.5 - Guidelines for Policy Assertion Authors, Primer

The Web Services Policy Working Group has published two Web Services Policy 1.5 - Working Drafts: an update to the Primer and a First Public Working Draft of Guidelines for Policy Assertion Authors. The new Guidelines document provides guidance for assertion authors that will work with the Web Services Policy 1.5 Framework and Attachment specifications to create domain specific assertions. Web Services Policy Framework defines a base set of constructs that can be used and extended by other Web services specifications to describe a broad range of service requirements and capabilities.
