RDF Schema Working Draft Published

The RDF Core Working Group has released an updated Working Draft of RDF Vocabulary Description Language 1.0: RDF Schema. The specification describes how to use RDF to describe RDF vocabularies, and defines a basic vocabulary and conventions that can be used by Semantic Web applications.
