The Mobile Web Best Practices Working Group has released the second Working Draft of W3C mobileOK Basic Tests 1.0. This document defines the tests that provide the basis for making a claim to be W3C mobileOK Basic compliant and are based upon W3C's Mobile Web Best Practices.
