CSS3 Color Last Call Published

The CSS Working Group has released a second Last Call Working Draft of CSS3 module: Color harmonized with SVG 1.0. The draft describes color units and properties that authors can use to specify foreground color and opacity, color profiles, and rendering intent. Comments are welcome through 28 February.
