Digital Arrival Card
Foreign travelers heading to China, whether holding a visa or not, can fill out their arrival card online on the National Immigration Administration (NIA) website:

- From a smartphone
Travelers who have not completed the procedure before departure for China will still be able to do so upon arrival, either at self-service kiosks or by scanning a QR code.

W3C has secured a special rate room block at the resort. As the number of rooms is limited, we recommend you make your reservation as soon as possible.
Booking
W3C will centralize the bookings. To book your room, please state your check-in and check-out dates, and requested type of room at the end of the meeting registration form.
Payment will be on site (we will not ask for your credit card information).

Breakfast, wifi, service charge and taxes included.
No cancellation fees - If you need to cancel your room, please do so preferably by 10 April 2026, 11:59 PM local hotel time.
Transportation
Here are instructions for reaching Hangzhou Huajiashan Resort from ✈️ Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and ✈️ Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH).
There is no direct train or metro from PVG to Hangzhou, so the transit using public transportation is a multi-stage journey.
People who wish to coordinate public transportation and taxi rides from the airport can do so via the dedicated wiki page.
🛬 From Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG)
Option A — Didi (local Uber) / Taxi (easiest way)
🛫 From Shanghai Pudong: ~210 km to the meeting venue, ~2.5 hours, estimated cost ¥490 - ¥700 (around $70–100).
Option B — Bus - Metro (cheapest)
- Long-distance bus from PVG → Hangzhou
- At PVG, go to the long distance bus terminal (ask staff / follow signs).
- Take a coach bus to Hangzhou East Railway Station (杭州东站).
- Journey time: ~3 h and costs typically ¥130 (around $18).
- Local transit from Hangzhou East
- From Hangzhou East Station, take Hangzhou Metro Line 4 toward Lianzhuang stop (Exit C1).
- Then bus 197 to Wuzhuangyuanfang stop → ~6 min walk uphill to the resort.
Option C — Metro + high-speed train (faster + comfortable)
- Metro from PVG → Shanghai Hongqiao
- From PVG, take the Metro Line 2 to Hongqiao Railway Station.
- High-speed train from Hongqiao → Hangzhou East
- At Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station, board a high-speed train (G-train) to Hangzhou East.
- Train time: ~45 – 60 min.
- 👉 Online booking of train tickets is strongly recommended. Tickets can also be purchased at self-service machines or at the service counter in the station.
- Local transit in Hangzhou East
- From Hangzhou East Station, take Hangzhou Metro Line 4 toward Lianzhuang stop (Exit C1)
- Then bus 197 to Wuzhuangyuanfang stop → ~6 min walk uphill to the resort.
🛬 From Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (HGH)
The resort is in Hangzhou’s West Lake area (西湖区), about 30–35 km from the airport.
Option A — Didi (local Uber) / Taxi (easiest way)
🛫 From Hangzhou Xiaoshan: ~35 km to the meeting venue, ~30 minutes, estimated cost USD 8–10.
Option B — Metro + bus
- Metro from the airport to city center
- At the airport’s metro station, take Hangzhou Metro Line 19 toward the Shentang Bridge Station (EXIT E).
Estimated metro ride: ~40 min.
- At the airport’s metro station, take Hangzhou Metro Line 19 toward the Shentang Bridge Station (EXIT E).
- Local bus to near the resort
- Bus 197 to Wuzhuangyuanfang stop → ~6 min walk uphill to the resort.

Meeting captioning
Professional real-time captioning will be available in English during the AC day 1 and day 2 plenary sessions. Automatic captions will be available on Day 3 during the Breakout sessions.
