Updated Candidate Recommendation for CSS Display Module Level 3

The CSS Working Group invites implementations of an updated Candidate Recommendation of CSS Display Module Level 3. This module describes how the CSS formatting box tree is generated from the document element tree and defines the display property that controls it.

CSS is a language for describing the rendering of structured documents (such as HTML and XML) on screen, on paper, etc.
