Updated Understanding Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 and Techniques for WCAG 2.0

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Working Group today published updates of two Notes that accompany WCAG 2.0: Understanding WCAG 2.0 and Techniques for WCAG 2.0.
