(I am proposing this, but I am probably not the best chair for this; volunteers welcomed!)
The future of the Open Web was discussed at a popular breakout at last year's TPAC (notes from that session).
One theme from that discussion that should out to me is that the open web is under threat. What mitigating actions can we, the AC, envision for the W3C and its community to take?
