- W3C AC2026: the Agentic Web and the WebMCP protocol, enabling AI agents to interact with web content via structured tools instead of fragile UI scraping.
- This shift moves toward a three-layer architecture where the web platform serves as the ground truth to ensure secure, low-cost, and efficient agentic reasoning.
2: Discussion on this CG’s Formal Proposal
- Review and discuss the formal proposal from this Community Group regarding the standardization of Agent-to-Web interaction frameworks.
