This is a one-off call, with special guests with CSS and accessibility interests, to discuss the proposal to improve IDREFs by allowing relative references.

The ideas would be to discuss accessibility concerns, what sort of user research may be needed, and to feed into a breakout discussion at TPAC on this subject.
