We'll have an extra meeting to try to finish up the topic of 2.4.2 Page titled. In the 23 October meeting, the group was focused on Proposal 3 in the Google doc

Remaining decisions/discussion:

  • Scope of non-web documents covered: Can/should we limit to "page oriented" non-web documents to exclude images, movies, etc. that aren't text-based?
  • Application of this SC to non-web software: Should this be applied using updated alternative requirement to what we've developed for non-web documents?
  • Review the currently drafted rationale, substitute requirement, and note proposed for non-web documents and make suggestions of any needed edits.
