• LOC subjective concepts: to be added to PD and TECH extensions along with note
• LOC geo-political note clarifying interpretation of concepts
• LOC changed "inverse location" to "inverse jurisdiction" to align with terminology; added "dpv:Jurisdiction" concept to distinguish physical location from jurisdiction (and enable expressing data transfers); fixed ISO 3166 implementation where some regions were modelled as countries
• Documentation generator can now output RDF and HTML for specific extensions, removed unstable serialisation formats
