First Public Working Draft: Preload

The Web Performance Working Group has published a Working Draft of Preload. This specification defines the preload relationship of the HTML Link Element. The preload relationship of the HTML Link Element provides a declarative fetch primitive that initiates an early fetch and separates fetching from resource execution.
