- four separate outputs: architecture, TD, profiles, and discovery
- testing plan needs to list gaps and a plan to resolve
- two implementations needed for all features by time of PR transition, planned for 1 Sept
- July and August will be vacation time... but also need to finalize testing for at-risk items
- Another testfest needed (at beginning of August; late August not feasible) to finalize implementation reports
