Meeting minutes

Minutes Review

<kaz> June-18

McCool: any objections to publish?
… does not seem like it

Planning

McCool: we do not have much time left since people go on holidays in august

McCool: What is the rule for the new changes?

Kaz: if all the existing implementations can still process our old TDs, we can reuse the results for the v1.1 implementation reports, but I'm a bit concerned about possible degrading.

McCool: we have some members that are not active

Ege: I have talked and one of them is actually just californium

McCool: cool, that means that we should reorganize the specifications

McCool: we also have 3 categories. describer, Thing, consumer

McCool: we also need 2 implementations for optional features

McCool: we should reorganize the old testing repo

Ege: we need the implementation report of each specification to have its data in its repository

McCool: so not using the wot-testing?

Ege: no I mean that during the testing phases, until publication, we work on the wot-testing directory
… and then move results to the respective spec's repository

Kaz: whichever is fine, having the testing resources under wot-testing or under each spec's repo
... but currently, the structure of each spec is kind of messy, so it might be better to have all the testing resources under wot-testing with a clearer structure
... in any case, we should not overwrite the ver. 1.0 implementation report given it's referred to from the REC documents

McCool: ok
