Test tool

<Ege> https://github.com/ajs124/wotest

Ege: WoTest is a golang project.
... is not another implemetation.
... WoTest can run test and measure execution time.

(Ege shows the results of the comparisons among protocols with node-wot)

Kaz: 2 options for for W3C Testing framework, (1) downloading the library on your local PC or (2) using the dedicated testing server directly.

scribenick: kaz

Ege: would be nicer to have a testing server (=opt. 2 above)

Ege: ok
