     • Decide whether the TAG should investigate the implications for the Web of security issues with Certificate Authorities and management of certs.

     • E-mail from Harry Halpin suggesting that CA-related security issues merit attention from the TAG
     • Noah Mendelsohn and Tim Berners-Lee agree that this is an important challenge to the Web, and that the TAG should consider it
