WAI Translations/tracking
W3C Translations tracking not yet meeting needs, so using this google sheet for temporary management.
(Here are the Video Intro subtitle translators, most of whom we invited to translate the rest of the page and the UI words.)

Prep Page for Translation
- can be done in any order:
- update frontmatter like anatomy (
previous frontmatter)- add 'lang' and 'ref' and 'last_updated' in frontmatter
- update link markdown
