We are thankful for the sponsorship from generous supporters, both individuals and organizations, who share our values, and make a huge difference to our operations as a public-interest non-profit, and help us to achieve our vision. Such support allows W3C to accelerate delivering open web standards for the benefit of humanity by dedicating more resources to expand our core work.
Community Engagement Champions
The Community Engagement Champions provide annual support so that W3C can deliver more engaging community events that are key to strengthen participation and advance technical discussions.

GoDaddy, Emerald sponsor

In donating US $40,000 to champion open web standards through W3C for the year 2025, GoDaddy affirmed its commitment to the dreamers, the doers, and the builders who make the internet an exciting, inclusive place, by investing in open source and the open web.
TPAC
TPAC is W3C's annual conference. It aims to coordinate solutions to technical issues by gathering in a single event several meetings between the W3C Members and Boards, W3C Working and Interest Groups, as well as a series of breakout sessions determined by the attendees.
W3C is grateful to TPAC 2025 sponsors 💛
TPAC inclusion fund
The TPAC inclusion fund aims to help reduce barriers for W3C participants who have shown their commitment through positive contributions to the work of W3C group(s), but who require support to be more actively involved to contribute more frequently, widely or in a more meaningful way at TPAC. We will prioritize support of under-represented groups, to improve diversity of background, gender, experiences, expertise and skills.
The TPAC inclusion fund contributes to W3C stakeholder strategy, as outlined in the 2025-2028 Strategic Objectives and Initiatives.
The amount available for the fund is based on W3C member dues, funding from the Community Engagement Champions sponsorship plus donations. We encourage you to contribute generously.
Invited Experts support fund
The Invited Experts support fund aims to help reduce barriers for Invited Experts who have shown their commitment through positive contributions as Chairs, Editors and/or elected/appointed member of the TAG and/or the AB, but that require support to be more actively involved to contribute more frequently, widely or in a meaningful way at TPAC, AC meeting and/or group meetings.
The Invited Experts support initiative contributes to W3C stakeholder strategy, as outlined in the 2025-2028 Strategic Objectives and Initiatives.
The amount available for the fund is based on W3C member dues, funding from the Community Engagement Champions sponsorship plus donations. We encourage you to contribute generously.
