App updates to make bot more available

  1. Any tester can start bot run as long as bot is available for that test plan run.
  2. When it is done, you can assign to yourself. Please do so to avoid blocking others from kicking off an equivalent run.
  3. BUT! You won't be able to assign to yourself if you are already assigned to another run of the same test plan with the same screen reader.

Bots will now assign verdicts when possible.

  • JAWS: Run by Lewis complete; Run by Hadi complete; 9 Conflicting JAWS results
  • Waiting on Hadi to resolve conflicts by adding excess verbosity side effects as discussed on Sep 18.
  • NVDA and VoiceOver complete.

Running test plan for Tabs with Manual Activation

Updating reports to latest screen reader versions

  • Discuss current bot versions and updates
  • Discuss which to run first:
    • JAWS Bot 2025.2508.120 (18 reports to update)
    • NVDA Bot 2025.2 (18 reports to update)
    • VoiceOver for macOS Bot 15.0 (7 reports to update)
