Let's see if we can agree a way forward for inline-ar sessions from a spec POV, whether that be allowing camera-access for inline, adding some launch option for immersive-ar, a separate inline-ar session type, or any other potential approaches.

We're scheduled to discuss inline camera-access at the next meeting and I'd appreciate a brief discussion of this proposal in the same meeting.
