Second Draft Milestone
- Group has reached agreement on every issue about what to do.
- For each issue, check who can work on it within the next few weeks and assign on GitHub
- Goal is to finalize the draft for review in April

- User interface component: ready to merge? Approval link
- 3.1.2 Language of Parts: ready to merge? Approval link
- 2.5.3 Label in Name: double check with group what changes are needed before merge, it has been pending for 6 months. If it's OK for second draft: approval link
Software Layers
- Check for new insights on how to display visually and how to phrase each definition.
- Assign people on GitHub to work on putting the definitions in Markdown?
