[Invitation] Hybrid Meeting: Generative UI and Web Skill
Event Introduction
With the rapid evolution of large language models (LLM), AI Agents, and generative artificial intelligence technologies, AI is deeply reshaping the Web technology system, application architecture, and user interaction modes. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) continues to study the broad impact of AI on the Web ecosystem, aiming to deeply explore the intersection of Web and AI at technological, social and ethical levels, and actively promote the vital role of Web standards in this evolutionary process.
This “Web AI International Standards Seminar: Generative UI and Web Skill” will focus on Generative UI, Web Skill, and related cutting-edge Web AI technologies, bringing together international standards communities and industry experts to jointly discuss standardization related topics such as interoperability, performance optimization, accessibility, privacy and security, verification testing, and synergy with existing Web platform technologies.
The event will focus on the performance evaluation and testing of Generative UI, intermediate representations for cross-vendor interoperability, adaptation of Web platform technologies, and the application value of Web Skill in skill discovery, dynamic loading, and front-end native execution. Concurrently, we will analyze the profound impact of AI on the Web from multiple dimensions including security, privacy, and accessibility, jointly charting the technological evolution blueprint of Web AI and future international standardization directions.
