New ODRL Co-Chairs

Dear ODRL CG, I am pleased to announce three new Co-Chairs for our community group and their focus areas:
– Michael Steidl: Profiles
– Víctor Rodríguez-Doncel: Developer Community
– David Filip: Industry Outreach

I will continue as the General Co-Chair and W3C Liaison.
