    [09:33] Noreen: especially with Covid that it is more important, everyone has stages in life, and experiences, where need some kind of assistance

    [09:36] Noreen: often assumptions that the person making the appointment is the patient
    [09:36] Bev ran into similar issues with guardianship. Guardians as end-users.
    [09:37] Technologies do not seem to understand guardianship accessibility. Law demands it but applications and services do not provide it or build accessibility into the systems.
