Proposed Group: Network-Friendly App and WebApp Best Bractices Community Group

The Network-Friendly App and WebApp Best Bractices Community Group has been proposed:

This group will work on best practices and developer guidelines for building apps and webapps that use Web technologies in a \"network-friendly\" way.

You are invited to support the creation of this group. Once the group has a total of five supporters, W3C launch the group and people can join to begin work.

In order to join the group, you will need a W3C account.
