If you're not affiliated with a W3C member organization but you feel you have expertise not currently represented in the group that you would like to contribute, contact the chair and team contact. We will eventually need you to agree to the W3C patent policy and such, so you might as well get an account and fill in the invited expert application while you're at it.

Then, if you like, introduce yourself to the group with a short bio and and what you have to contribute, as well as what you hope to get from the group.
