The Licensed Content Community Group has been launched:

Currently majority of enforcement relies on identifying unlicensed content, contact publisher or hoster, followed up by DMCA’s or proof of ownership/licensing.

In order to join the group, you will need a W3C account. Please note, however, that W3C Membership is not required to join a Community Group.

This is a community initiative. This group was originally proposed on 2017-02-07 by Yvo Schaap. The following people supported its creation: Yvo Schaap, Johan Schaap, Mohamed ZERGAOUI, Audald Lloret-Villas, Byongseung Cho. W3C’s hosting of this group does not imply endorsement of the activities.
