Proposed Group: Making the Web an Exploratory for Geospatial Knowledge Community Group

The Making the Web an Exploratory for Geospatial Knowledge Community Group has been proposed by Alejandra Garcia Rojas:

GeoKnow addresses a bold challenge in the area of intelligent information management: the exploitation of the Web as a platform for geospatial knowledge integration as well as for exploration of geographic information. This group will bring together scientists, GIS users, linked Data users, data consumers and providers, interested in the exploitation of linked geospatial data.

You are invited to support the creation of this group. Once the group has a total of five supporters, W3C launch the group and people can join to begin work.

In order to join the group, you will need a W3C account.

If you believe that there is an issue with this group that requires the attention of the W3C staff, please send us email on site-comments@w3.org

Thank you,
W3C Community Development Team
