The group co-chairs, Marcos, Yoav and Chris, wrote about this group yesterday on the W3C Blog: WICG: Evolving the Web from the ground up.
There are a bunch of things that are unclear when joining – like where discussions actually happen.
Having joined, I am at a loss searching the site for this information. Currently this is worse than the old-fashioned clunky hidebound groups this is meant to replace.
I trust things will get better over time, and wonder how I can help to improve them.

3 comments are reported as existing for this post, but I’ve yet to notice where on this page they must be hiding (admittedly I do have lamer vision than before) even after trying disabling any protections (against 3rd-party cookies, trackers, scripts) on both Firefox and Chrome (on Android).
