The ELIXIR Bioschemas project has 4 stages: planning, agreement, adoption and implementation. The topic of this second meeting is agreement. Below you can find a preliminary list of objectives. - Get an update of outcomes and agreements from the last meeting
- Present progress made so far including preliminary schemas
- Finish the mapping, definition of use cases and specification
- Define the relationship among proposed data types
- Publish first version of the proposed bioschemas content types
- Agree on action plan for implementing the provisional agreement
- Discuss Bioschemas activities for 2018
