Participation
Participation is open to participants of W3C WAI Education and Outreach Working Group (EOWG). If you are not currently an EOWG participant and want to attend, contact Shawn Henry, EOWG Chair.
Observers
Registered observers are welcome to attend under the following conditions:
- Join the meeting during a break time, if possible, to limit disrupting the active meeting.
- Maintain role as non-participating observer, unless directly requested to contribute by the Chair.

Readings and Preparation
We worked on the following during the face-to-face meeting:
- Application Notes - discuss analysis and drafts
- Outreach planning - discuss from perspective of tasks (Tasks-xlsx file, Tasks-ods file) and outreach by document
- Big Picture - discuss current trends in need for training and tools and how EOWG should be part of and take leadership in them
- W3C Web Education Community Group - discuss overlap with EOWG, future interaction and opportunities
