3. Administrative items (Brief)
   • Reminder that chair has sent a summary of materials relating to TAG priorities and a request that the next round of discussions of goals and priorities be done using email, starting now. So far, only Tim has responded.

4. Brief announcements relating to agenda setting
   • IRIEverywhere-27 (ISSUE-27)
     • ACTION-265 -- Dan Connolly to work with Larry, Henry to frame technical issues relating to the vairous overlapping specs. about URIs, IRIs and encoding on the wire -- due 2009-05-14 -- OPEN.
     • Dan reports no progress, and has requested we not schedule discussion of ISSUE-27 this week.
5. Request for TAG Consideration of XML Schema 1.1 (XSD 1.1) Candidate Recommendation
   • Background:
     • Rick Jelliffe email requesting TAG consideration of concerns with XML Schema 1.1
     • Response from TAG chair (Noah) indicating that, consistent with pertinent provisions of the TAG Charter, TAG members will be given the opportunity to vote on whether to accept this issue, and if so, with what priority.
   • Goals:
     • Vote on whether to open a TAG issue relating to the merits of the XML Schema 1.1 Candidate Recommendation
6. LanguageVersioning-41 (formerly XMLVersioning-41) (ISSUE-41).
   • Background (recent):
     • Larry Masinter email update ISSUE-41, including announcement that Larry has "renamed this issue from 'XML Versioning' to 'Language Versioning', updated the description, and added a note about the direction [he hopes] our discussion will take" (29 April 2009)

     • At 23 March 2009 AC meeting there was at least an informal sense that the AC wanted the TAG to help with the extensibility issue, primarily in the context of HTML. Tim took an action (from the AC, not the TAG) to see that the TAG takes a look at this.

   • Goals:
