WAI Website Tools
This page collects together the parts of the WAI Website that as interactive tools have additional project management and development requirements over the mostly content sections. Some are not particularly interactive but are built from external sources of content and so have additional engineering requirements.
The various aspect to consider for these include:
- funding for the initial development - so are project deliverables
- strategy for maintenance
- use of existing WAI website technologies, architecture development process
- processes for transform external content
- using of existing WAI style
- development of a new shared template
- frontend interactive design and implementation
- additional stakeholders to WAI site team and EO
There are some pre-existing tools and a set of new tools, which are mostly funded by the EU WAI Guide project and many are EO projects.
In addition, several fall under the WCAG Supporting Documents Redesign project which provides an updated template for these distinctly styled WAI website pages.
